4 o’clocky : CHRISTMAS DECO 2.0 : D.I.Y PROJECT

Some time ago I’ve written about the ‘best’ time to submit a blogpost so you’ll receive worldwide exposure.
I came up with the term 4 o'clocky and I thought this might be a great idea to make a blogpost every day at 4 o'clock local time with this title. Every day I’ll submit a blogpost about something that keeps me busy, a challange, a contest or something important enough to share so Lets blog on and See you every day here at 4 !

   This My 4 o’clocky for today...

When Halloween past I changed the door pieces and pumpkins in a fall centre piece. Than came Sinterklaas and I put pepernoten round them and the ORANGE color Made it a Nice different decor.

But now they still were beautiful and we had quite alot so I thought it was a waste to through them in the kliko. So this is what I did with them to make the final door piece for Christmas.
I promised I would get rid of them after that😬

I sprayed them BLACK and let then dry on a piece of newspaper. Outside in the sun. I did that twice for a good paint layer.

We had plantpots with soile were I put green Christmas tree branches on. I have been laid them There with in the middle the now black pumpkins. After that I put a star and Christmas balls round it.

I also had a spray can with snow and the little christmas tree in the white basket is All snowy now.

Final touch was the outdoor led lights string to make it a center piece at night next to the door.

I didnt know what I was doing When I had the idea but it turned out great. I am very happy with it. And now everybody who sees it wants one to, but they threw out their pumpkins.

I love to do DIY projects, and sometimes they turn out really floralshoppery and I dont have to buy anything. The tree branches were from the tree we bought for the livingroom. Do you do diy projects and which ones? I expect My @needleworkmonday ladies to have some projects too, as a needleworker we look different to diy in life so please tell me......
