#ULOG 09 : Astra Proposes Smart House Concept in Arumaya Residence

Astra Land Indonesia's commitment to the property industry is realized in the construction of three residential projects in Jakarta, in the form of site houses and apartments.
One of the projects being developed is Arumaya Residences located in the Cilandak area, close to the TB Simatupang corridor, South Jakarta.
Different from other vertical dwellings, this apartment carries the concept of a smart home aka smart home.
"Arumaya brings the concept of a sensible-stylish-sophisticated apartment. The occupants are spoiled with the convenience of smart home, "said PT Astra Land Indonesia Marketing Communication Analyst Andhika Christianto told reporters on Friday (9/7/2018).
The concept of smart home is represented by the use of electronic devices in apartments that are integrated with the smart phones of the occupants.
Thus, residents can manage their electronic devices with just one touch on the device screen.
This apartment, located in the second business district in Jakarta, has one swimming pool facility on the top floor, which is called the Infinity Pool Roof Top. Astra Land claims this is the first in the region.
Arumaya is a new Astra Land project launched in early 2018 and is currently entering the pre-sales stage. Of the 262 units sold, 45 percent have been absorbed by the market.
