This is especial for india because this is Date of birth of Mahatma Gandhi. I hope everyone knows about Mahatma Gandhi if you don't know I am telling you his picture is printed in currency of India.
I will tell you something different peoples are participating this date like festival. Peoples are giving sweet to childrens

I hope this is enough for know about Mahatma Gandhi. This is also especial for another person Mr. Lalbahadur Shastri. This is also Date of birth of Mr. Lal Bahadur Shastri. Lal Bahadur Shastri was also 2nd Prime Minister of India.They had helped in independence of India but mahatma gandhi was very famous because he was in Congress party Gandhi had been decided India and Pakistan but Indian peoples are feel Gandhi was good. Gandhi was written alot of statement which is very famous.
Gandhi famously led Indians in challenging
the British-imposed salt tax with the 400km(250mi) Dandi Salt March in 1930 and later in calling for the British to Quit India in 1942. He lived modestly in a self-sufficient residential community and wore the traditional India dhoti and shawl, woven with yarn hand-spun on a charkha. He ate simple vegetarian food, and also undertook long fasts as a means of both self-purification and political protest.
Some peoples are enjoying this date with planting of plants.

Indian has alot of people who was better than Mahatma Gandhi but he was in Congress another peoples like Subhash Chandra Bosh,Bhagat Singh, Chandra Shekhar Ajad etc.but Mahatma Gandhi was very famous. He was born at Porbandar in Gujrat in India.
