#ULOG 53: best achievement of my cocktail drink
So today we were requested to mix our own version of beverages. I decided to make a Mojito de Pineapple. Let me share with you the ingredients and the procedures. And you can try it also at home to experience the freshness of this drink
Ingredients:
2 jiggers rum
1 jigger triple sec
1 jigger pineapple juice
2 slices fresh pineapple
4-5 lime wedges
6-8 mint leaves
Garnish: mint sprig
Procedures:
- Muddle the pineapple, lime, and mint in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and add the other ingredients.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
