A couple of days ago I noticed two new cryptocurrencies supported by Coins.ph mobile wallet. I was really pleasantly surprised by this development as the two cryptos gave me a lot more flexibility in receiving and sending out cryptocurrencies. The two new cryptocurrencies are Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and Ripple (XRP). I was not really surprised by the inclusion of BCH as it was already been announced several weeks ago on Coins.ph's blog site, but for XRP to be included is just awesome. If you don't know what cryptocurrencies are a quick search in STEEMIT might be able to help you in this regard or even Google if you are old-school.

I will discuss the merits of Bitcoin Cash on another blog-post but for now I want your full attention on XRP or Ripple as this will make remittances of people earning STEEM a whole lot faster and Cheaper to send to your payment processor which in my case Coins.ph. Of course the best option is still having Coins.ph to natively support STEEM currencies. However, as of the moment, I think the priority of Coins.ph is to just support the more popular cryptos which are typically with the highest market capitalization. Hence Bitcoin BTC, Ethereum ETH, Ripple XRP and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) are the first ones that Coins.ph is supporting. I am guessing there will be more cryptocurrencies to be supported in the future and I have a good hunch it will be Ethereum Classic, Litecoin and Stellar as these are the cryptocurrencies (including the already supported crypto at Coins.ph) that were legitimized by the Thai government, a country where Coins.ph also operates.

What makes XRP so impressive is that fact that it is really fast in sending and receiving money. It is also probably the cheapest among cryptocurrencies that requires payment when sending money. In fact a lot of remittance companies in the world is already using it as its primary network for sending and receiving currency. One of the first one to use this is MoneyGram which has recently partnered with Gcash. Moreover from what have heard they have partnered with many banks all over the world.

To test how much it will cost I moved about 100 XRP from an Exchange to my Coins.ph wallet. Guess what? It only cost me PHP 6.00 Philippine PESOS (PHP) to move around PHP 2,500 worth of Crypto. The coolest part is it cost the same even if you move PHP 250 or PHP 250,000. Awesome right?! Knowing this fact and having the Ripple available in your Coins.ph wallet will give as a whole lot of savings. This is a huge deal given the fact that STEEM and SBD are both going down in value. Anything that will make us save money when moving our crypto around is always a welcome proposition. Oh by the way that is NOT the cheapest way to move XRP to Coins.ph as I was writing this article I discovered even a cheaper exchange that you can use to convert STEEM to Ripple and then send to Coins.ph Only PHP 3.00 Pesos more or less. Are you Interested where? Please Register here you will need an account at this exchange to be able to get the best withdrawal rates for Ripple.

Yup they are getting friendlier to crypto earners in general. I just hope they improve the stability of their exchange and accelerate their roll-out to other people. The more the merrier!!!

Hello Red thank you for your support. Have you tried learning more about ulogs? There is a new site that basically the theme of the blog-posts are about yourself a celebration of you humanity and being a celebrity and true fans. It is a progran instituted by sir @surpassinggoogle and it is a nice way of adding an extra post that basically talks about yourself (to celebrate yourself). I guess it is a way of people getting to know you better and thus establishing a more organic relationship . That is how i understood it.

Dear lovely sugar,
Thank you for the information mentioned here by your kind end.
I think it is a very good opportunity and I will try to use it. furthermore, I am now in hospital with limited access to internet .. but nevertheless , I will go for your advice sugar.

thank you

i made a post of this dialogue thank you

Very informative post i really like it

I am glad that you liked it . See you around :)

Nice post, well the fast that this XRP (Ripple Coin) is very fast for making transactions is undeniable, but when will any of these coins be like steem or steem dollars? Very fast for transaction yet there are now transaction fees attached? The only issue with STEEM is that there are no external wallets for it, if @ned and his developers manage to pass this stage it will boost our market cap thereby increasing our coin value. I see STEEM as a very potential investment.

I agree I have talked with one an exchange based in the Philippines who developed their own coin to have STEEM and SBD included in their exchange. Aside from the monetory requirement they say that the tech should also be compatible with the tech the exchange is using. Apparently the tech used by STEEM (Graphene) is not as easy to integrate to some systems. Although I am for more exchanges for STEEM currencies I think STEEMIT INC and STEEM Developers should expedite their development of SMT. This will really boost STEEM use-case thus its demand.

True. The developers should work on their SMT, I guess if they want the adoption of their cryptocurrency they'd work on that. I'd really love a world where we start using digital money for transactions with it's transaction speed in nanoseconds.

Really hoping that the SBD or Steem will be added to the coins.ph

That really would be a great help

It will. It might not be now but soon. We will take Steem to the Moon and make it one of the Top cryptocurreny in the world. The China IT experts rank it second only to Ethereum it terms of Value and time and time again it highly ranks in reviews. Other cryptos are still busy building userbase and use-cases while in STEEM we keep on adding decentralize applications that common people will be able to use how cool is that right?

wow that was really great. STEEM will not only go to the moon it might even go to another solar system hahahahahah

Hahah it might as well be on its way. We will bring it there as a community!!!

Insightful as always

Thank you sir for visiting my blog-post :)

It is available to those who are high end users of the coins.ph online wallet. Since you have at least 210,000 pesos worth of Bitcoins in your wallet.

Yes this is available to everyone. Currently it is under beta testing and it will be available for everyone to use soon. Haha you should have seen it last December. Learn cryptocurrencies and learn how to leverage them it takes a little time to learn and some commitment but everyone can succeed in this space. Patience and perseverance.

Very useful information thanks a lot @ankarlie @surpassinggoogle.

You are most welcome sister. I wish you success in this platform or in any endeavor to might want do.

i am just beginer can you help me in writing blogs on which topic should i write

It is not a matter of what you should write sister, it is what you love to write about. There are people here that writes about what they think wales or curation groups would want to get them upvoted but I find that tiring and artificial. It should be organic something you should be really passionate about. If you are passionate about your country, your livelihood, your culture or even your hobbies you should write about them. That is the beauty about steemit since everyone is unique in his or her way all articles written are unique and fresh giving readers a different perspective each and every time (of course this is not the case if you just copy someone elses work).

Take for example me. I love new stuff blockchain, cryptos, computer, IT and games that is why I write about them most of the time. Since I know there are opportunities in this space I share them so that other people will be able to leverage them and earn something from it. Not only in money terms but also in knowledge. Knowledge is not a monopoly of anyone and it should be shared to everyone. It is freely available information here in Steem. Yeah there are some bad post here and there but in general there is a wealth of information here in steemit that will help you succeed in any endeavor you want to participate in.

If the topic you want to learn about is not in steemit do not fret. It is an opportunity. You can make an article about it is steemit using the internet as your research tool you can also engage other steemians and ask them they are usually generally helpful. You may encounter not so helpful ones but we just ignore those.

Remember steemit is just one of the many steem-base applications that was build on top of the Steem protocol. there are many of them where you can share different contents in the platform I have written an article about it several months ago just search what are condensers and you can find it. I am planning to create an updated one since there are several new condensers that came into existence recently.

Okay I did not answer your question directly but gave you a bit of lecture hehehe. To give you a concrete example you can just write ulogs a blog about yourself. Share us your simple joys, heart aches, aspirations, dreams, questions, state of mind.. etc... anything about you. try to use this interface it would be easier http://ulogs.org you will find a large community there with the same mindset.

Thats a awesome reply friend you are doing a great job please share some tips for me too, hahaha.

Thank you for this info shared bch and xrp!!! Wow! I have already informed SPP. di ko Kasi masend Yung link mo I tried but may error message.
