Tuesday #Ulog 1: Escabeche

I thought cooking Escabeche is complicated but I was wrong.

You just need to fry the fish first. Then on a separate pan, mince some garlic and onions, carrots and ginger, add the fish ,put some vinegar and sugar to taste. All done.

This is what's breakfast for my loves.
