Ulog 31: Water Crisis is scary

It has been a week that we are suffering from water interruptions here in Mega City. A big realization for all of us.

When the rainy season, it feels like water is unlimited. But today it is becoming huge problem that affects our daily lives. We are depending on the lines so we are following the interruptions schedule. Sadly though, our place is at 3rd floor. The pressure is not strong so we have to wait the time when not so many open their faucets before our pails will be filled. My neighbhor said she even wake up at 3 am and filled her drum. This is hard.

Now, am praying everyday for the rain to come to our dam where it is much needed. Hopefully we can survive with this situation soon, though the news tells us worst in few years to come. I hope the solution will be made and this problem is address. No time for blaming whose fault and all. Better solutions are what we need before this becomes worst.

Water is more than gold. It is life. It is what keep us running. What I can do as a commoner as always is to save it and not wasting every precious drop.
