happiness refers to a state that has an internal motivational link while pleasure is more externally motivated. Happiness arises from an inner impulse or mind that feels happy or joyful stimuli. Pleasure is a feeling of joy or excitement gained from outside stimuli. The duration of happiness usually lasts long as it depends on the condition of the self but the pleasure usually lasts for a moment according to what events are affecting.

A life full of pleasures is a happy life away from sadness.
But is happiness gained with much pleasure?

The quest for life's joy, as the basic human instinct, becomes the general pattern of the daily attainment of human life, pleasure becomes the goal of life. Based on social psychology research and finding that there are limits to its pleasures, there are saturation points and different for each human being.

For example, fun because of good food, there will be a limit when the human stomach is full, he can not eat anymore, can not feel anymore delicious delicious food, as the first time good pleasure to eat well. The same analogy will also occur in other forms of pleasure, such as the pleasure of libido, the lust of lust, when the peak of orgasm is reached, humans can not feel the pleasure further.
Pleasure has fun material, such as luxury homes, good vehicles, even with beautiful women though, a time when humans will meet the point of saturation, bored, he will look for another, no end of his satisfaction.

Healthy makes life fun, pain makes life jittery. When sick, we should not eat haphazardly. The more complex the disease, the more abstinence. Also we are not free to do anything like when healthy.

we will find many phenomena in everyday life-people whose orientation is just to seek happiness with things they find agreeable. Always want the serbainstan and easy, whatever is done in order to achieve pleasure. For example: students who want high marks, but by cheating or hiring a jockey instead of learning; entrepreneurs who bribe to launch all forms of projects that are likely to bring harm to others and the environment; and allied political elites to fight for power and for the interests of the class, and not the society at large.

Due to the attainment of such pleasure, the sensitivity to true happiness becomes dull. Happiness does bring pleasure. But, not necessarily about the fun things. Because to get happiness there is a price to pay, that is through a process. Because after passing through each process that we find the essence of a happiness. In the process we are fighting against every obstacle that exists to come out as winners.
