ULOG 018:About Saturday and Monday

Seperti biasa setiap sabtu dan minggu anak cucu Ayi datang berkumpul, dan seperti biasanya Ayi menyediakan masakan masakan yang tidak biasa.
Katanya kasian memey di sana dia ngekos makannya tidak teratur dan makan seadanya.
Hari hari biasa masak sehari sekali, sore hari saja, tapi sabtu dan minggu dua kali, siang dan sore, dan sabtu minggu kali ini ada yang buat saya senang , soalnya salah satu menunya kesukaan saya, remis.
Sebenarnya kalau di indonesia ini bukan sesuatu yang langka dan harganya pun sangat murah apalagi daerah saya memang daerah pantai, tapi di sini seafod sangat mahal termasuk remis, karena itu mereka jarang membelinya selain ikan.
Tapi kemarin keke membeli remis hitam, banyak sekali hingga setiap kali masak, siang malam selama 2 hari masak remis hitam.
Dan saya memasaknya ala indonesia, mereka bilang sedap dan enak sekali, padahal cuma di masak sup dengan bumbu seadanya.

Tumis jahe dan bawang putih hingga harum, tambah air hingga mendidih tambah lada bubuk, penyedap rasa, kemudian remis, tutup selama 15 menit
lalu tambahkan kemangi dan sisiran cabe aduk kemudian tutup kembali 10 menit, lalu angkat, sajikan.

But yesterday, brother bought black mussels until every time cook, day and night, for 2 day cook black mussels, and I cook it in indonesia style.
they say it's delicious it's delicious even though it's only cooked soup, with sober spices.
"Mussels soup"
- mussels
- ginger
- basil leave
- ground papper
- garlic
- chilli
- flavoring
- sugar
- Saute ginger and garlic, until fragrant
add water to boil, add powdered pepper, flavoring, then mussels, - close for 15 minuts, then add the basil leave and the chili, stir for a while, then close again for 10 minuts,
- then lift...serve.
