Oh no!!!! I can't take that shit. How can someone far younger than be talking to me in that manner. At least i deserve some respect from him.
That is what most of us fight for in this life.
Being a leader does not guarantee you being successful
Being a manager, CEO does not guarantee your profit
People are not respecting you but the knowledge in you. But it will be a bad experience if those that are respecting you start abusing you.
The curse is not from them but from you. Don't be too rigid to always blame others for something you did wrong.

see yourself in very thing that happens to you because your today us as a result of your yesterday's action and thought.

Once you blame others arriving at the real cause of the failure will be jeopardized.

Your own power can not get you a spot among the successful.
You can not be among the best if you rely wholly on your knowledge.
Thou knowledge is power but the moment you stop learning is the moment you start dying.
