"On February 7, 2018, the observing group JCCC "Dokuchaevsk" recorded the shelling of the settlement Dokuchaevsk from 15:10 to 15:30.

To verify the consequences of the violation of the ceasefire on February 7 at 15:35, representatives of the observation group "Dokuchaevsk" arrived at the site of the shelling. The representatives of the OSCE SMM were informed, but the OSCE patrol did not arrive.

It was determined that as a result of shelling five-story residental building at Lenina st. 82, app. 17 was damaged (damage to the roller shutter, window glass and room divider).
