BREAKING NEWS: "Rebel" DPR to Have the Country Code of Russia +7
The Ukraine War "Rebel" Donetsk People's Republic communications Minister, Viktor Yatsenko has stated that "Alexander Zakharchenko( head of the DPR) is 99% decided on giving us the country code +7( code for Russia) . This is a major gain for the DPR in terms of integration with the Russian Federation."
This is a clear step in the direction of the DPR controlled area moving closer to joining Russia. If and when this happens the DPR phone system will no longer be called as it is part of Ukraine it will be called as if calling to Russia.

Thanks for the heads up on this. If you ask me this is long overdue.
The Ukrainian government's war crimes against people who are nominally its citizens gives both Donetsk and Lugansk regions the right to start formal links with Russia. Russia is already under sanctions from the U.S. and EU so why not take the next logical step and formally annex both regions. I know the U.S. would scream blue murder and threaten Russia with even greater sanctions.
Lets face it over the long term this is where things are headed anyway so why not save alot of time, energy and lives and annex Donetsk and Lugansk into Russia
