What closes your mind at night time?

Every day is a busy day, otherwise someone shouldn't be tired in the night.

My research shows that what occupies a specific person's mind is usually the same, and rarely changes.

A person will think about what he loves so much, For example if someone loves movies so much, today he might think about a sci-fi, and tomorrow a horror.
