When people are trying to learn any programming language, they always have a total bias about the learning process being difficult as f**k, but that is not always the case. Learning any programming language may seem tiresome and needing a lot of hours to read code and finding solutions to a few hacks.

Javascript is a front end scripting language and does not use the object oriented paradigm. It is friendly to use and is also embedded in many frameworks such as bootstrap, jquery, and so many others.

One way to help get out of the indecision trap is to have a roadmap for what you need to learn first, for example since javascript is mainly for front-end development one's road map might look like this:

Assuming one has the basics of Html and css:

Javascript can be used to make pages dynamic (functional) but in the front-end. but breaking it down further, one can literally make functional web pages with just HTML and CSS.

Here are the very simple ways to learn javascript very efficiently and effectively.

1. You should not let confidence in tricking you to forget things.

Understanding what was once a tricky concept is may be one of the most demerits on your way to learning javascript.

One should give themselves time to read a specific concept and then relax and meditate on it for sometime to actually get the concept in it. One can simply do this by limiting the amount of time they take to learn a specific concept.

After doing that, it is better to do the actual writing of code (snippets).

2. Straighten your mindset.

Javascript is really interesting and good to learn. Don't see it as something boring because most people find learning the concepts repetitive hence leading them to use short cuts. And this will simply make learning javascript longer.

3. I cant find time to practice.

Yeah, most people find it difficult to find time to practice saying they are so busy. Yes, one can be busy but still find time to javascript. It is almost the same as spending time on facebook, twitter, and many other sites. You could reduce on the time you spent on these social media platforms and use that time to do more practice. Yes.

Javascript is was developed out of the java programming language and learning its concepts could be as important as learning any other programming language. And this also helps in learning the basics of other programming languages and an introduction to the use of some other resources like servers.

4. Think Slower and You’ll Learn Faster.

lastly, Javascript is not a language you would want to learn fast as it is not easy accomplishing this. Do not rush as you learning any piece of code in javascript. Most people want to learn the basics in a rush and end up missing the most important logical part of the code being written, why??? The key to learning javascript is taking care and extra time to learn the logic behind the most parts of code snippets as they can be tricky to intuitive learning.

As well, take time to think through each line of code. Because each line literally does something important and different but it is procedural to the lines of code above it. Thinking slower actually makes you learn faster. There is no need for the rush as this needs intuitive thinking. If you cannot think slower, then, always find time to code by only making tiny commitments to help you think slower.

Conclusion:

People have literally gone over a bunch of routes to learn JavaScript faster, but one may need to apply these above simple ways to the other skills they have got.
