The way certain players are expensive i think it is still being a burden for Emery to get players. Depending on the way he says that some players are quite expensive and yet he assumes to land in three or four players.

Ceballos has managed to cape six times by Spain and has not been able to hold down a regular starting spot since joining Real fro m Beitis in 2017. Ceballos is still valued highly by the Spanish giants but will be just given a chance to spend the next season on a loan at the Emirates to continue his development.
