UGANDA SELFIE WEEKEND
The world keeps on advancing and evolving. The young and the old get trapped in the evolution of the world. Adult behaviour is passed on to the teenagers and they convey them to the children and babies. We cannot escape the evolution. If we arenot affected by it, then we still remain infected by it.
Look at these innoncent children, locked in their cacoon of ignorance about how tech works. Very eager to explore the world of tech, but with no proper facilitation. Even when their enthusiasm is high for the tech advancements, there is no open window to opportunities that will allow them to access it. No one desires to see a child playing around with their phones, tablets and gadgets with the perception that they may detroy them which coould cause loss to them.
Opportunities are rare for children to do what their elders are doing. Take a look at these kids again, lost in excitement trying to imitate what they have seen being done by adults, yet we who understand this clearly can tell that the phone or gadget being used cannot take a selfie. But look at the excitement on the boys’ face, the pose of the two girls visible at the back, see the eyes of inquisition on the little girl at the extreme left of the boy holding the gadget, trying to see if she is being captured in the caption.
Exhibiting the instilled nature of adults when they are mingling in such moments. Their innocence clouds their judgments of seeing the true reality of what they are actually doing. You could probably ask yourself what were the children looking at in the phone that drew so much concentration.
Thanks for following and have a blessed day.
