Visiting Uganda Day 3

This morning I woke up by a warm melody someone played via loudspeaker. It was in concurrent with other loadspeakers, so I heard a mixture of different muhezins, music and the sound of the night insects. It was a quater to six, halve an hour bevor sunrise. With the first glimps of dawn the sound changed. On orchestor of birds woke up and made an exotic synphonie. Still mixed with the repeating monotonic prayers of the muslim speakers and some traffic noise. Then the sound changed again. School has started and one could hear children singing and handclapping. From another school I heard a gitare and percussion. It is beautifull to wake up like this (and to turn the head to the other side and not need to go for work ;-)).
The first words my wife said were: "You have pulled down the moscito net. It is in my face now." It happened twice this morning. Something that cannot happen in Germany ;-)

Yesterday evening we had for dinner ant-eggs, ape-brain, mixed grass and crocodile meat:

Just kidding – its rice, beaf, spinage and lasagne.
After dinner we walked through our area. A lot of people stand outside and talked and laughed. It was a very comfortable and peacefull mood. I really feel safe here. It is like a warm summer day in Germany in some city centers. But here in Vision for Africa (VfA) they don't drink nor smoke. It is impressing to see, that it works without this stuff.
As we walked my son said: "I'm lightening brighter in the shade, then this dark coloured people in the light ;-)".

We are doing the "come-and-see"-tour and they showed us their work today. The area we are in is (all in all) about 50 hectar. There are some hotels and some private houses, but also a lot of facilities, were young people are trained on their jobs. For example: taylor, potter, carpenter, house-builder, hair designer, hotel-service, computer basics,... Here is a picture of some students:

The first Picture above is about some children comming from school. Children in each age come to school here. They live either in this area or come from their home.

All in all life about 1300 people here. There is room for about 130 guests.

For me was the pottery a very special place, because of theese lovely and passioned people. It has its own very intensive spirit. It is so different to our work. They work hard and accurately. The claim they produce has very high quality and the dishes they make from it are very thin and light. They life for their work and they don't hurry at all. Claim always needs to rest, so we also should do.

Today I also met @JarauMoses. Finaly we reached us. Yesterday he tried in vein to come to VfA but the adress was wrong. He is really a good guy! I like him. We talked more then four hours about our lives and of course about steemit. We had some good ideas, but that's another story in another post.
(One side story: Yesterday I talked to a door-gardian, that I'm waiting for Jarau. Today the gardian told me, that Jarau is his neighbour ;-))
