Conor McGregor has been charged with three counts of assault and one count of criminal mischief following the altercation that took place at UFC 223’s media day in New York. He is due to appear in front of a judge at 7am (12pm BST).

Rick Little (Chiesa’s coach) was on the bus during the attack and this is what he told MMA Junkie about the altercation :
“Conor went bananas and put a beating on the van that we were in looking for Khabib. A million security guards had to restrain him. Mike’s cut up now. He’s got marks on him, for sure. I don’t think it’s too seious. Everything happened so fast, it was just like we were jumped.”
This situation is not looking good for Conor.
He likely gets sued by multiple people and I suspect a suspension from the UFC will be announced in the up coming days.

What an idiotic move. He could have walked into the ring against Khabib. But instead made weight in jail...
