Ubuntu 18.04 LTS is out. Optimised for security, multi-cloud, containers & AI
26th April 2018, London, UK: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS – the newest version of the most widely used Linux for workstations, cloud and IoT, is now available.

At first sight, at least for me it installs flawlessly under VirtualBox, however guest tools seem to break it.
