Ubanx will make token holders members of, and contributors to, the Ubanx Community and not just customers.
Ubanx is a blockchain-agnostic platform, and BANX will be its initial Ethereum ERC-20 tokens. BANX Token Sale is managed by an external advisory company. The Ubanx Community will be powered by the BANX Token that will enable Community Members to obtain real-life benefits from Ubanx and partners and also interact and exchange value with one another.
Sometimes Community Members will have to spend their BANX Tokens before they can enjoy benefits but, in most cases, simply holding a certain amount of BANX Tokens will entitle access to benefits. A holder of Ubanx tokens can be entitled to an exclusive Ubanx account and mobile app to operate cryptocurrency without interruption, as well as access to our Ubanx Spaces to co-work and also learn at the Ubanx Crypto School.
Despite the fact that cryptocurrency ecosystem is a global phenomenon, its interaction with the physical world is localized and physical establishment tend to be the best initial step for a snowball effect in developing self-sustain local crypto communities. That is why Ubanx plans to open its Spaces in salient locations, where local communities can interact and discuss the latest developments in financial services and instruments. The Ubanx Spaces will help to close the knowledge gap between the ordinary retail clients and experienced investors.
Ubanx intends to use auctions to award Community Members the rights to operate Ubanx Spaces in exclusive geographic areas, called ZONEs in order to accelerate the development of the Ubanx Community and BANX Tokens will be used in the bidding of those auctions.
