UAE's Space Roadmap

If you haven't noticed, the United Arab Emirates is sprinting, full-force, into Space.

Up until last year, they've hosted all of World Space Risk Forum events and in 2020, Dubai will play host city to the International Astronautical Congress.

Their Space Agency is going on a recruiting spree for not only scientists and engineers, but astronauts as well, and has a number of projects in the works including the first satellite to be manufactured in the UAE, and mission to Mars.

Even the company behind .Space happens to be located in the UAE!

It's wonderful to see such commitment by a nation-state to pursuing Space advancements, and we hope the UAE also takes steps to enable a thriving "Astropreneurial" community as well.
