| Yesterday with my friends I went on a mushroom trip again. The composition of our group has changed a bit compared to last weekend, but we have chosen the same place in Starosambirsk district of Lviv region. This time we found twice as many mushrooms than the last time. Here are some photos of those mushrooms I and my brother-in-law found. In the second and third photos in the foreground you can see a lot of Lactarius deliciosus, I have not found so many of these delicious mushrooms for a long time. I'll tell you a secret - some of Lactarius deliciosus we immediately cooked for dinner, stewing it in sour cream. We also found many porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis) - 52 mushrooms for two my brother-in-law with. You can see them in the fourth and fifth photos, they were already a bit old mushrooms for pickling, so we will just dry them for gravy on Christmas Eve in the winter. It was a good mushroom trip, we all had a great time! | Вчора я з друзями знову їздив у поїздку за грибами. Склад нашої групи дещо змінився у порівнянні з минулими вихідними, але ми вибрали те ж саме місце у Старосамбірському районі Львівської області. Цього разу ми знайшли вдвічі більше грибів, ніж попереднього разу. Ось декілька світлин тих грибів, які знайшов я та мій шурин. На другому та третьому фото на передньому плані ви можете побачити чимало рижиків (Lactarius deliciosus), я давно не знаходив таку кількість цих дуже смачних грибів. Розкрию вам таємницю - частину рижиків ми одразу ж приготували на вечерю, стушивши їх у сметані. Також ми знайшли багато білих грибів (Boletus edulis) - 52 гриби на двох із швагром. Їх ви можете побачити на четвертому та п'ятому фото, це вже були трохи старі гриби для маринування, тому ми їх просто посушимо для підливи на Святвечір взимку. Це була вдала грибна поїздка, ми всі чудово провели час! |
