So essentially it's a new rep system that upvotes you based on your rep? What factors influence your rep the most? Is engagement with 20 middle level rep users going to equal engagement from one user with high rep or will it take engagement with thousands to equal that? Does how much one delegates effect their rep in a big way?

I've already delegated 275, I want to see how this plays out before I decide if I want to delegate less or more, not that I have much more to delegate, but helping in what small way I can.
