One Warm Autumn Day in Kyiv
This Saturday i believe it was the last warm day in the year, so we decided to go out and enjoy the sunlight!
As far as i thought that it would be rather colder, i decided o make some sandwiches and hot tea int my Stanley growler (which originally i used for a beer) to warm ourselves. It was funny drinking hot tea while the temperature is 20+C =)
We decided to go to Podil: the most beautiful historical part of old Kyiv. There was a huge and loud fair, so we decided to hide out, and visit bald hill, a place of historical heritage and a place i used to hang out with my friends when i was a teenager.
There is a stairs to get up the hill, and with every step the roars of the crowd got more and more silent!
Finally we are at the hill, what i noticed in the first sight is a loads of garbage people do not taking out with them after a walk. That makes me feel disappointed.
Even the art object made for reminding to take the garbage with you doesn't help
There's a place where old-faith pagans gather every Sunday to pray to their gods
Even an altar for the rituals there
Heading into the woods where the silence is, the path goes through old graves and crypts:
Finally the tea
and a view
Sun helps out making great pictures through the leaves and the trees
