If the chosen one launches something id say it has a definite success chance but not all SpaceX rockets leave the stratosphere (which has shrunk by 400 metres by the way so i wonder if the gravity well is smaller and soon we'll be able to kick a rocket into space using brazilian footy-champs , assuming they surived the fact that corona in brazil just isnt trendy enough to get support)
