Twitter e-mails users accusing them of spreading Russian propaganda.

This Twitter account wasn't opened until Summer of 2017...

...well after the presidential election was already over.

So how could this have anything to do with the 2016 election?

Sounds like I've been reading a lot of Russian propaganda. Sounds like if you support Republicans...you also de facto support the Russians.

Seems reasonable.
