Prank Call Killed TWITCH Streamer Kansas Man

Kansas police say a man was fatally shot by an officer
who was called to the homeby a prank
emergency call .
Andrew Finch was killed Thursday night after emerging
from the home wichita deputy police chief troy livingsto
said that police were responding to a call from a man who
said he had killed his father he also told a dispatcher he had a gun and was
holding his family hostage when SWAT
officers arrived
Finch reportedly answered the door but did not comply with an officer's orders
to keep his hands in the air the officer opened fire
