Killer spores from outer space!!! This might be my favorite piece of short fiction by you yet. I found myself wanting to know more and more about this life-form as the story went on. I loved how it chose the stone monument as the "mother pod" location as a means to ensure safety. The whole thing was very well thought out. Great Job!
