Exactly. I would think with a bot you could at least rotate 20-30 BS comments to try and make it look legit...at least make it harder to spot that the account is a worthless spammer. Good thing the IQ level of spammers isn't very high.
I console myself with the thought that it might just be a third-worlder who feeds his family by spamming...that can take the anger down a bit ;>
