Eugene is under trial. The judge doesn't seem to have a strong bias, but he does correct Lee often for "inaccuracies." She does have the upper hand by pointing to police corruption and Gina's strange testimony. So the accusation wants to bring... Michael, to which the judge is highly hesitant.
Speaking of him, he goes talking to Jimmy, who offers him a job in the Baxter district. But it soon gets cancelled because Fia spills the beans. And Big Mo affirms her power by shooting the "insurrection."
