Sex Education (Netflix series) : Decent, but it might not be good enough
Sex Education is new as far as I know, and it was one of those series that is pushed on us at the opening of the app / program so i figured i would give it a shot.

The storyline is pretty preposterous: A group of outcast kids, one who is the son of a licensed sex-therapist accidentally stumble on the fact that he is actually very good at helping teenagers with various problems they have in their sex lives. This propels them to a new level of popularity quite quickly at the school and they are also charging for this.
It took me a little while to realize it, but Gillian Anderson from the X-Files is actually a star in this series. She plays the role of the aforementioned licensed sex-therapist

looking pretty good for a 50 year-old woman with 3 kids
So the teens go through the normal high-school stuff like fitting in to the social hierarchy, studying and sports, and bullying that takes place pretty much everywhere but they also seem to have an awful lot of sexual concerns for people that are teenagers. To me this is really unrealistic but whatever - maybe I just wasn't cool enough in high-school.
The show can be a bit uncomfortable to watch and unless your family dynamic is considerably different than my own I wouldn't watch it with your parents or kids. I think too many uneasy moments or questions could be created. Maybe this is just me.
The show has excellent music, so that is a plus and so far it has held my interest for the most part. I think a part of me looks at it as being quite unrealistic but perhaps teenage life has changed a lot since I was in high school quite some time ago. I don't know if i will be able to finish this series but so far I think it is worth a look.
So far I rate it just a tad above "meh" or if we have to use numbers 6 / 10
Thanks for that review
I think this is the 2nd time you've stopped me wasting money on a NetFlix subscription 😞
Doesn't stop me hoping that they'll pick up one of my story series though
Thanks for the review. I'm not expecting a lot from this but I think I'm going to give it a shot in the next couple of days and see if I like it.

yeah, it is worth a look, but it might be a bit too cringe for me. it has its moments and a couple of interesting characters.
I guess I need to return watching films or series back as it has been longed I watch a complete series last. All the movies are just looking new to
Although I don't have children, I'm a teacher and I know how important sex is to teenagers today. I'm surprised when they can comment on the age at which they started their first sexual escarpments. I saw the trailer for this series, but I haven't had time to see it yet. Sometimes I don't think I'll have time to see so many TV offers. I'd like to take a look at this one. Thank you for always updating me. Greetings
Did you check out the escape from Donnemorra yet? Excellent watch. Currently watching Danny Boyle's entry into the box set market with his new series Trust. It's shaping up to be excellent.
And I'm gonna watch it tonight on Netflix.

I heard of this series, and it caught my attention, I have it on my list, it's good to also listen to your opinion. And hell, she does look good to be 50 years old and have 3 children.
