So are the main differences with Steemprentice these: more upfront effort to attract new users, plus more tools (including integration on main site) and people and accountability to help and retain new people? This would or would not include assignment of a mentor for each new person? Do you see some sort of compensation for any of this beyond the general benefits of supporting the platform and currency?
I suppose that Steam Prentice, although I have not spent much time in there personally due to another mission, but accountability is everything on this platform. This site is meant to integrate new users into the interface of a new era, technological advancement of the human species. Attracting new @steemians and users are not vital to the network by any means but they do bring a whole new perspective to crypto-currency.
Imagine being able to stick your house or boat on steamit in exchange for Steem ( Steem Power ) which could then in turn be used to buy up digital assets all around the world.. food, water, shelter, clothing, the poor , the hungry, etc.. This would would indicate smart contracts launching specified targets for each individual user. That is Huge.
So yes!! A "tag-team" mentor {checksum}method for new users would indicate 3 different aspects that social media has never seen before.
As far as compensation goes, I truly think that this platform rewards people for their user intuition and forethought. This being the case I would imagine that compensation of being a mentor/teacher is worth it's weight in gold.
Personally, I think this would be awesome and would gladly donate my time to this platform! #Namaste
