Surf, it s a option to obtain rubles but you need about 14, for one ruble ... and you need a thousand ... it would take you months. Each Surf lasts 60 seconds advertising but it is not necessary to stay in the tab. but, do not open more than one tab.

To withdraw 1 ruble you need 1 CP and a CP Costs 10 Rubles ... INSANE

First, you can only buy 1 CP for 10 rubles and to increase that amount you must pay 100 CP, then you can buy 2 CP per day. Double insane

Daily you can expand this limit but that ridiculous amount of 100 CP

Conclusion.

It is not SCAM because it pays but do not count on seeing results in less than about 4 months investing the 1000 rubles
