Simple and Basic Tutorial in Buying Steem or Steem Power

Today is the 2nd day of the L❤️ve month and I felt let to just post this simple and very basic (indeed) tutorial on how to buy steem or steem power. I know this is very plain and simple to some of us here. My very reason for posting it here today step by step is for all my invites and fellow newbies in this platform. I think this is just a few of the many untalented adjustments that I really have to go through as I continue my steemit journey. :-)

So here we go, my fellow newbies. Let us all together, learn the basic steps. :-)

1.) The first thing to do is to go to your steemit wallet. In there, you will see the green box which reads "Buy steem or steem power"

2.) Click the box and automatically, this will appear as another tab on your computer (or mobile phone, or any gadget you are using)

3.) Next is to select which coins to send. You have to choose steem dollar.

4.) Then next is to choose which coins to receive. You have to choose steem power because that is the one you're purchasing, ok. :-) Of course, you choose steem if you are buying a steem. Same procedure as above. :-)

5.) Then make sure you have entered all the correct amounts in each respective box.

In this photo, you will see that I have done the first 5 steps. You will also see in there the address is valid and the next step is to:

6.) click the "Get Deposit Address"

You will see this right after clicking the Get Deposit Slip box.

7.) Click the Manual Transfer so that you will be able to see the memo and make sure you copy that memo.

8.) Then go back to your steemit wallet. Go to your steem dollars and click the small triangle or arrow near the amount. Another small square of options will pop up and make sure to choose the "Transfer" option.

9.) And right after clicking the "Transfer" option, you will be directed to this next step, the "Transfer to Account" option. This is the final step of the process. Make sure you copied the correct memo and pasted it in the correct box. Make sure also that you have entered the correct amount and the most important thing to remember here is the account where in you will be doing your transfer.

When everything is all set and you are already sure that you have entered all the data correctly, just click the "SUBMIT" button. Go back to the blocktrades tab and wait for the "Completed" option to turn into red.

Click the red box to see the completed transaction. You can go back to your steemit wallet to verify the amount you received.

You can also look down in the history portion of your steemit wallet to verify that the transaction made was successful.

Or you can also go to this link https://steemd.com/@yourusername to verify your transfer.
