As I was saying, some allocations that was cut off include allocations for 'replacement teachers', extra curricular activities such as school trips and many more. Permanent teachers are deployed to teach more subjects and cover more classes and also additional tuition classes for UPSR, PMR, SPM and STPM students. these actions are to cover up for lacking of teachers in a particular school.
