Make your own birthday potato!

Move over birthday cake, there's a new party favourite in town! Impress your child on their next birthday with something unique and delicious!

Step 1 - Ingredients

1 x birthday candle - Rummage through your pantry and find yourself a birthday candle. They're in there, I know. Everybody has birthday candles so just select one that matches your child's colour preference

1 x potato - This is important. If you don't want your kid howling like a banshee on their special day, pick a good looking potato. I know this goes without saying, but if your potato looks like it just gave birth to a potato you'll want to choose another one.

STEP 2 - Constructing the birthday potato

Light the birthday candle and tilt gently over the potato. Let some wax drip on the potato and then attach your candle.
