Milk Pecan Nuts

Pecan nuts may not be so familiar in Indonesia, but the content of tocopherols or high vitamin E compounds in it is very good for the health of body and beauty upon lho! In addition pecan nuts contain minerals, zink and collagen that functions as an antioxidant and is good to maintain the elasticity of the skin.

Pecan nuts are also rich in fiber so good for indigestion, preventing constipation as well as lose weight.

Materials needed:

250 g pecan nuts
1 liter of water
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp powdered cocoa/cocoa powder
1/8 tsp salt
How to make it:

Soak 250 g pecan nuts during the night away until tender.
Insert pecan nuts into a blender and add 1 liter of water, 3 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder/Brown and a little salt, then blend until well blended and smooth texture.
Filter using a clean cloth.
Enter milk pecan nuts in the refrigerator. The milk is ready you consumption needs for nutrition harianmu.
