My understanding is that God has desire for war to end, but God also understands that we have free will and thus we must learn to allow peace before peace can be found. Receiving divine guidance is necessary in many cases, however, we must also learn how to heal, balance and evolve if the called for changes are to manifest in a lasting way on this planet.
