Is Turkey going out from the NATO

Turkey has signed a deal with Russia tu pruchase Russia's sophisticated technology called S-400 which fumed western allies.

President Erdogan has said that Turkey has the right to make any decision they want in the development of their country. Moreover, Russia a neighbor country, so it keep good relation with a neighbor is very important. I think this independent move of Turkey is a brave.
