Harsh words frim Turkey to Europe and USA

Recep Tayyip Erdogan made a statement which had caused a hughe upset arround the American and European politicians.

"We (Turkey) don't need you anymore" Erdogan said in his last conference.

Reason behind this statement had been triggered by the USA, which is demanding since yesterday VISA for all turkish tourists and visitors from Turkey.

The motive the USA had for requesting new VISA regulations from Turkey, is the fact that Turkey had arrested last week the US ambasador in Turkey for the reason of being part if an Terror organisation, which is willing to get Erdogan out of power.

Erdogan is also stating further, that Turkey will also stop to let american citicens into the country as well as not buying any more weapons from the US.

Turkeys relation with the US and Europe had cooled down since numerous arrest of reporters had been done and sunce Europe and the US are supplying Kurds with weapons.

On the other side, Turkey is risking very much. Turkey is very depending on Europe as well as the USA. Harming the relation further, might cause isolation. Russia relations with Turkey also had an impact last year when Russia declared an embargo after Turkey had shot down a russian jet. Both counties are still far away from having good relations since than, even if Russia had lifted the embargo.

Since the colaps of the Ottoman empire, Turkey is not a significant player in world politics, Erdogan wants to change this, but for this he will risk Turkeys future for shure. Turkeys economy is not stable and depending greatly on Europe. Even if the numbers shows that turkish economy is growing, we still have to consider this is because of tourism and not based on the turkish industrie. With a tourist based economy, Turkey will not survive if they continue to support Isis and to be harsh against their partners.

Erdogan continuing like that will create more harm for Turkey than good. Hopefully somebody will make him see this.
