Mid-week blues
I just finished a 21.265km cycle that lasted about 0hh:54mm:46ss !
Wow.
I was an absolute basket-case of stress today. And I have no idea where it came from. Almost completely bailed on my workout today, but I told myself that even 10 minutes would have been better than zero. One hour later, and I feel a million times better. I feel psychologically lighter.
10/10, would crush again.
