TRON and Steemit Integration Celebration Challenge; The more the SP in reward, the more the TRX

In my previous post "TRON and Steemit Integration Celebration Challenge; The Prophecy Came to Pass" I talked about the integration of Tron to Steem and how it would be beneficial to steemians. In this post, I will be looking into how steemians can earn more TRX coin as rewards. The Steemit team wrote in their announcement that TRX would be distributed as rewards on Steemit at a reward of 1SP to 1TRX (1:1). In the post, I will be explaining how you can earn Tron on Steemit both as a steemian and as a person who is just knowing about Steemit for the first time.

First Sign up to Steemit

For a person who isn't on Steemit but want to get involved in the decentralized blockchain social media platform which is making a difference in the social media industry and incentivizing users in Steem, SBD, SP and TRX, then signing up is the first way to go about it.

To signup, all that is required is a username, telephone number, and email. After verifying these, a 52 character alphanumeric password is created which should be kept safe. This password should not be remembered by you because if you can remember it, then it is no longer safe. Creation of account is free and after creation one can start earning all coins including TRX by performing several activities on the blockchain.

Posting with 100% Power Up

Posting on Steemit and getting vote that gives value to the post and users are rewarded. The reward is divided into two, the author and the curator reward. While posting, authors can earn more TRX by powering up since TRX is rewarded based on 1:1 of Steem power to Tron (TRX). TRX are not given on for SBD or Steem, so setting 50%/50% reward won’t be allowing to earn a lot of TRX compared too when it is set to 100% power up.

Interact More With Comments

People are used to voting on constructive and quality content of which comment is part of it. Getting votes on comments means that when the reward are paid, the user get TRX the value of the SP on the comment.

Power up more and Curate More

Rewards are shared between content creators and content curators and the interesting thing about rewards for content curators is that they get rewarded in SP which give an automatic TRX reward but now the reward is dependent on the Steem power (SP), the voting power and the voting percentage. The more Steem powered up to vote, the more TRX to be made.

My Thoughts

The integration of Tron (TRX) into Steem is the beginning of a good union between the two ecosystems but the use case of TRX in the Steem ecosystem should not be left to earning as post rewards only. In my subsequent post, I will be sharing a lot of use case possibility of TRX on Steemit which will make it become something to keep on the blockchain rather than earn only.
