This Simple Process Helps You Find Truth On Your Own Using Your Built-in Compass

What if you knew that you have an in-built 'radar' for truth that most people don't know how to use? You do!

By far the least utilised and understood aspect of humanity is our emotional body. Those who have polarised towards mentality will typically scoff at hearing this kind of idea and the understanding that emotions and intuition are valid sources of information - however, I will show you here how anyone who can still feel can enhance their ability to discern (not judge) the truth.

Note: Judgement And Discernment are Not the Same


Many have been taught that judgement is necessary in order to have understandings and to live - however, this itself is a judgement that is not based in complete understanding of the alternatives. Judgements attempt to fill in the gaps in understanding, but they are essentially just guesses which often then take on the form of being facts.

There is something in the core of many of us (connected to fear) that has us being troubled by not knowing the answers and in such states of discomfort we may rely on the faulty logic that says that it's better that we guess/calculate an answer than actually be patient and allow the real answer to come in the right way and time for us.

Discernment can occur without judgements being involved. Discernment is a process of gaining understandings in an open way, without the limitation of judgements that rigidly limit and define reality by saying that "x is y" or "fish are nasty" / "dogs are scary" etc.

Discernment will dig deep to find the real truth, whereas judgement will cut that journey short and just make a declaration of fact without knowing all the details.

Technique for using feelings to find truth


I will give you here a few steps to follow and you will more quickly understand what I am sharing here.

  1. State out loud "I am. I exist.".
  2. Note how you feel when you say that. If you feel any resistance in you in response to this then you may have some survival issues to heal, but generally we will feel somewhat clear that these statements are real and genuine facts - since how could we be considering their validity unless we do indeed exist?
  3. Now state out loud "I do not exist and have never existed!".
  4. Note how you feel in response to this second statement. Do you feel a tension and discord that was not present after you said the first statement?

Generally, you will notice a felt difference here because you know on a deep and felt level of awareness and understanding that you DO exist and to state otherwise is wrong and is DENYING something. The lesson here is intended to highlight that we can feel DENIAL.

Denial is the primary factor in most dysfunctions and our own lack of understanding. We encounter countless opportunities to learn what we need to learn all day long, but often we simply deny their teaching in favor of something 'less challenging'. We also deny ourselves and reality in many other ways, including denying our own feelings.

Judgments also always involve a denial of some aspect of reality. There is no way to jump to a conclusion, guess or assume in the way that judgements do (eliminating the fine grain of detail needed to really get to the truth of reality) without also denying something in the process.

By combining an atunement to the feeling of denial (vs. the feeling of truth) with the intent to end judgement and denial, we are in a position to really accelerate our ability to know the truth and reach deeper comprehension of ourselves and life in general.

A practical example


Here's one you can probably relate to:

You are leaving your home in a rush and quickly check in your mind to think whether you have to do anything important before you leave - such as turn off an oven or an iron. As you scan through your memories for what you have done today and the state of the home, you might jump to judge that "oh, I'm sure everything is fine" - without having checked every potential problem (to attempt to save time). You may then have a feeling that says "there's something I am missing out here" and you may then, if you listen to the feeling, be drawn to check into what has been missed and discover that, yes, you forgot to feed the dog.

If you had just accepted the judgement and not listened to the feeling then the dog would have gone hungry that day!

Unconscious truth


A magical aspect to this is that it does not just apply to topics we consciously know about. We can also feel information relating to what we only connect with subconsciously or even unconsciously. This is a bit more challenging to work with, but it is possible - for example - to feel the truth of a statement that relates to information that you have long since forgotten in a way that relies on that old information and its felt resonance that may not really be consciously available currently. This also extends to forms of non-physical attunement that some would call 'psychic' too and, in truth, it is feeling that forms a major component of psychic ability and to my understanding it is the lack of atunement to feelings that largely explains why many people don't yet realise they have psychic abilities they can use.
