Truth is like a light, when it spreads it makes people feel safe and happy. Which is why it is so important to protect the truth! No matter what the truth you want to fight for is facing, sometimes you have to take a sacrifice for it to succeed! We see this in those who work to unmask corrupt politicians and corporations, to save children from getting damaged by vaccines, to those who want to keep our platform clean of scammers and abusive psychopaths... All of us should work to fill the world we live in, one so often filled with hate, greed, anger and lies, with the opposites of those! That is why my belief in steemit keeps getting renewed... this is such a wonderful platform... because it enables us to individually take the fight into our own hands! So philosophical ramble aside... I ask you! What is truth to you? Why is it important to you?

I have no idea what truth actually is. All I see around me are lies and distortions of reality.
Real truth is truth no matter all the opinions surrounding it. The question is, how can you tell the truth from the lies when everything you hear is an opinion? When no proof is available?

It's not often we find people that seek truth. It seems to be a lost "art" these days.
Truth is what you make of it. For me it's to be positive and have positive interactions with the world and people around me. Also enlightening ideas and inspirations to try and reach a higher level.

I think truth maybe is like nothing, where there are many kinds of nothing, some truths are thin and hollow and some truths are deep and full...Maybe Im just feeling poetic however.
