You know, the problem there seems to be with having no rules, isn't that everybody lacks a moral compass, it's that people can't cope with the idea that there are no rules, end up feeling the need to enforce something and creating some of their own rules.
Agreed, though no rules are just that, and people running around making them up never ends well, as we know.
