Not a relation, but follow her postings. I was also in a video series that Michael Murphy produced that had her in it as well.
i have seen and heard many of her interviews over the years. there is so much to keep track of. diet is among the highest priorities. then, there are so many subsets of that. sometimes i reel from the magnitude of it all. one at a time, i guess.
