In Australia we call those types "DUMB CUNTS".
Unfortunately many other English speaking nations don't like that "C" word thrown around, but I hope they can make an exception in this case.
After all, it is a cultural thing, shouldn't hold that against me!
Cunt is a FABULOUS word and supremely appropriate!
I think in this context it works in all cultures...Dumb Cunt indeed..
