I love that image with the bullet: it's spot on. The whole country is on pills, and everyone is wondering why violence is breaking out in every part of society. American society has gotten so crazy, that most people can't even make through the day without taking Xanax, or some other anti-anxiety pill.
Cant say ive ever experienced violent thoughts on SSRIs(they do reduce inhibitions, but then again, nobody suffering depression will hurt anyone, that idea is just ridiculous), quite the opposite, often they made me actualy feel quite bad about myself becouse i was to complicit with people, likely due to them...
On the other hand, they werent that helpful, that being part of the reason why they never were that helpful. Someone who is chemicly depressed produces to little Serotonin - SSRIs raise the level of Serotonin allright, but they do so by inhibiting reabsorption, which leads to an unnatural distribution of Serotonin across different areas of the brain.
Weed on the other hand would take this problem by its root.
