How to gain trust

Trust is a simple word but it has a huge meaning and a big impact to everyone;to believe.
To gain trust we must be believable so that another will have confidence in our ability to keep our word and follow our expectations through all actions and words.
Trust is active through believing and maintains when our confidence in someone is timely and consistently realized.
Each day we have responsibilities, either in our house or at work. When we deliver on them in a timely and complete manner, trust is gained.
To work for trust is a process and it involves another person. To be trusted, we must have to trust ourself to be fully purposeful in our words and actions on how get better at all times. We need faith in ourselves, in what we are doing and how we are doing it so that people will do believe you and that is how they would trust you.
Trust is not jus a word itself and taking actions to gain is wonderful thing you should do. You should treat others( the good way )they would like to be treated to make people trust you more.
But do not be so confident if people do not trust you that easily because trust must be earned and a step by step approach to communicating with others is more effective than done nothing.
To build trust and make people to trust you talk in terms of what is important to them in a way they can readily understand and they will give you what you want. TRUST.
