This is just Trump saying, 'if I can't win then I'm taking all my marbles & going home after I upturn the board'. That's OK because if WE win...we will have control of the 'military' & 'law enforcement' which I plan on backing 1000%. Trump & his followers can throw a tirade if they want. We will STILL be in control of the government!
Also, this is just Trump trying to 'poison the well' so Clinton will have a hard time governing, but you know what? It has been proven as a fact that Hillary rigged the election for nomination. if she got away with it once, how can you say she wont do it again? and after she riggs the election when proof comes out proving it you will do the same you do about all the other scandals she has been and is in. just look at the rally numbers, Clinton is gitting a couple thousand supporters per rally at most, trump is bringing in tens of thousands per rally. he books stadiums and they sell out even.
